  If I could give this negative stars I would in a heart beat. This company is the worst I have ever seen. They charged me $300+ just to file 3 W-2s. I expect maybe $50 for labor but I was not even there for 45min. They told me what i'm being charged AFTER they file everything and never gave me the option to say no. I didn't get upset because the lady doing everything was pregnant and I didn't want to cause a scene. When I got in my car I called the company to ask what the heck i'm being charged for because I was not going to let this slide. The first lady I was kinda nice to I got a bit frustrated but then she HUNG UP ON ME! I had to call back and this is when I got mad. The lady on the phone kept telling me that The women doing the filing should have read an agreement to me. BUT the women never did read me anything. I asked them what i'm being charged for and they told me that EACH w-2 is $50! I NEVER KNEW THIS!!! I didn't even know this when I left! Then they continued to tell me that everyone is charged differently depending on the W-2 and what kind of things needed to be filled out. But I had nothing extra filled out or any extra things on my w-2s! I'm probably the easiest person to file!!! I was on the phone with them for a good 30 min before they said they will send a customer 'something' to their owners and they didn't know how long it will take and will call me back. NEVER GO TO THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHARGED FOR NOTHING AT ALL!!!!! I could have gone any where else and would have been charge maybe $70 at most. In my opinion and my business owning fathers opinion, this is stealing. I REPEAT. DON'T FILE HERE!!!!
